Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of Video Handbook guides. If something goes wrong on our end, you get your money back — no hassle.

When You're Entitled to a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund ($9.00) if:

  • Your guide was never delivered— you were charged but did not receive a guide within 30 minutes and it was not in your spam folder.
  • Your video was ineligible— the video you submitted turned out to be private, age-restricted, or otherwise inaccessible, and we charged you.
  • The guide is clearly defective— the file is empty, corrupted, or contains content obviously unrelated to the video you submitted.
  • Significant quality failure— the guide is substantially incomplete (e.g., missing major sections, only a few lines of content for a 60-minute educational video).

When Refunds Are Not Issued

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Guides that were successfully delivered and meet a reasonable standard of quality, even if you are personally dissatisfied with the output.
  • Guides that are thinner than expected due to a video with limited transcript content (e.g., highly visual demos, fast-paced content with minimal narration).
  • Change of mind after a guide has been delivered.
  • Duplicate submissions — if you submit the same video twice and both guides are delivered, the second charge is non-refundable (re-delivery of a guide you already own is always free — contact support instead).

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@video-handbook.com with:

  1. The email address you used to submit the request
  2. The YouTube URL of the video
  3. A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are processed immediately and typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
